Hemos negociado tarifas especiales con el hotel y tenemos un número limitado de habitaciones las cuales se adjudicarán enel orden en que lleguen sus peticiones. Las tarifas incluyen desayuno. Se agregará un impuesto de servicio del 10%, IVA del5% y R$13 de impuesto de turismo a cada noche de su estadía. Las tarifas especiales son:

Habitación Standard (cotizada en moneda local BRL)

Sencillo: R$850.00 / noche

Doble: R$945 / noche

Esta es una zona de alta demanda, por lo tanto, le recomendamos que planifiquen conanticipación. La fecha límite para realizar su reserva con la tarifa especial es el 31 de marzo de 2025 (siempre y cuando no sehaya alcanzado el límite de habitaciones en el bloqueo de reservas). Las solicitudes de reserva recibidas después de la fechalímite se basarán en la disponibilidad a las tarifas vigentes del hotel y se acreditarán al Bloqueo de Habitaciones del Grupo.

The IFPI Latin America and the Caribbean Annual Regional Meeting will be held on June 3rd and 4th, 2025 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil at the Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro Hotel https://www.hyatt.com/grand-hyatt/en-US/riogh-grand-hyatt-rio-de-janeiro. The meeting agenda will be sent out as we get closer to the event.

We have negotiated a special rate with the hotel and have reserved a limited number of rooms which will be made available on a first come, first served basis in the order in which your request for reservations is received. Rates include breakfast. An additional 10% service tax, 5% VAT and R$13 tourism tax will be added to each night of your stay.

The special rates are:

Standard Room (quoted in local currency BRL, guaranteed 3 days before and after the meeting dates)

Single: R$850 per night

Double: R$945 per night

We recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible using the reservation link below to ensure availability and better rates. This is a high demand area, and we therefore recommend you plan ahead. The cut-off date to make a reservation with the special rate is March 31st, 2025. (if the room limit has not been reached). Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at Hotel's prevailing rates and will be credited to Group's Guest Room Block.
